Once you hire the resources, you can assign as many projects / tasks to your hired resource and the resource will work as per your requirements and shall send you work reports by email on daily / regular basis.
You can hire a Sr. resource or a Jr. resource depending on the project work you plan to outsource. The full time resource works 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and 160 hours a month or whichever is finished earlier.
